Bandai Namco Entertainment’s official Tekken 7 World Championship  will be held first time ourside Japan.  Tekken 7 world championship finals will be held on November 12 , with the best 16 competitive Tekken players fighting for the price pool of $50,000. The finals of Tekken 7 world championship will be held in San Francisco.

 

TEKKEN 7Tekken 7 world championship tour has allowed players to  earn ranking points in order to qualify for the main event. Five competitors from each region will compete – Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific will join the EVO 2017 Tekken champion Hyun-jin “JDCR” Kim in California next month closing the ongoing circuit from June.

 

Bandai Namco’s venue shift for this year Tekken 7 championship is a sign of devotion to north american gamers. This year EVO Tekken event  saw 1,286 players participating in open brackets making it the biggest game .

 

The world will have eyes on the best Tekken players from  South Korean and Japanese —Kim, Jin-woo “SAINT” Choi, and Daichi “Nobi” Nakayama —to take home the gold, the American qualifiers definitely have what it takes to put up a fight. Hoa “Anakin” Luu, the best  western player at Evo 2017, is also a must watch for Tekken 7 gamers with amazing play from JACK-7 at EVO 2017, and his former protégé Stephen “Speedkicks” Stafford is on an upward trajectory and primed for a win against the Asian gatekeepers. That said, with official events in France, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States still to come, qualifying spots are up for grab.
